What does your business plan say? If you mean "make money", that's a for-profit. If you mean raise funds to finance your programs, that's what this answer covers.
How do I keep my board from removing me?
If you are concerned about being removed while you are starting the organization, you either have the wrong board members - or the wrong leader.
